• State-wide: All areas within Kerala - 2-3 business days
• National: All major cities in India - 3-7 business days
• International: Selected countries - 7-15 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Additional charges may apply for items exceeding weight limits.

4. Order Processing

Our order processing timeline:

• Order Confirmation: Within 24 hours of receiving your request
• Preparation Time: 1-2 business days for most items
• Dispatch: Items are dispatched within 2-3 business days
• Tracking: Tracking information provided once shipped

6. Delivery Attempts

• Items held at local post office after failed attempts
• Return to sender after 15 days if unclaimed
